Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other customers.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or missed without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee or require a deposit for future bookings. This helps cover the time and preparation set aside specifically for your service.

Rescheduling

We’re happy to help you reschedule your detailing appointment if you contact us in advance. Our team will work with you to find a new time that best fits your schedule.

Since we provide mobile detailing services, weather may occasionally affect our ability to perform certain services safely and effectively. In such cases, we may reschedule your appointment for a more suitable day. We’ll always contact you promptly if weather or other conditions require changes.
